Which method of shipping is used and the average delivery time for your products?
Shipping is done through the Indian Post, and the national post services in other countries. Items are shipped by Registered Air Mail and take approximately 1 week to arrive.

Do you ship through UPS or FedEx?
The option of shipping through UPS and FedEx is available, they are approximately 2 times the cost of shipping with national posts, please contact us for exact costs.

Is insurance available?
Yes insurance is available, but in comparison to the US or Europe, the rates are higher, approximately 6% of the cost of item. Please contact us if insurance is desired.

What is your policy for items accidentally lost in transit?
Items mailed are sent by registered post, and as such verifiable till the buyer's address by the postal service, if the items are lost (to be verified by the postal services) the proprietors of Embrace Video promise to refund or replace the lost item in no more than 1 month from the date of acknowledgement of loss by the postal services.

What is your return, replacement and refund policy?
There is a 21 day return option for all items, if you're not satisfied with the devices or microphones please mail the device back in like-new condition and receive a full refund less shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is not functionally or cosmetically damaged.

Replacement warranty on the Microphones and Audio devices exists for 1 year from the date of purchase, after which repairs will be on a cost + basis. The customer bears the cost of transportation.

Since we keep modifying and changing things, the pictures are sometimes not up to date with the products, minor design changes may be present. It is assumed all changes are for the better. So you'll be getting the best available product.
